My experience here was disappointing. The room was unclean and had an unpleasant odor. The service was lacking. I requested transportation that never came, leaving me stranded. Additionally, the scooter I rented malfunctioned shortly after pickup, and the staff was unhelpful in resolving the issue.

I had a fantastic time at Banana House. The owner welcomed me warmly and was super responsive to my needs. The spacious room had a comfortable bed, effective AC, and was kept clean throughout my stay. I appreciated the little amenities like the electric kettle and shared kitchen. I also liked the sitting area outside, which was perfect for relaxing. However, the bidet hose in the bathroom leaked, leaving a puddle on the floor, which was a bit inconvenient. Despite this, I would definitely return. The location is excellent, with good warungs nearby for meals. They also offer motorbike rentals and taxi services, which made getting around the area easy.

There’s an unpleasant smell of sewage that lingers in certain areas, potentially impacting comfort. Additionally, the pillows reveal signs of mold, which is a significant concern for health-conscious travelers. The offered bicycle has worn-out tires, making it unsafe on the hilly terrain. Lastly, neighboring guests might overpower the peace you’re hoping for, leading to a less relaxing experience.
